"No water! Had to check out and into a nearby hotel at 9 am and was late to my meeting. Building parking lot looks like a prison. The rooms and building is outdated. Not ever coming back and suggest you look elsewhere. "

"This hotel has something going on. There were false reports that I was locked out of my room, transferred to another room and one of the receptionist said she saw me in the room that they supposedly transferred me to which is a lie. It’s crazy they would lie. I’m sure she probably had someone she knew staying there and tried to falsify documents .. sure she does this all the time. Housekeeping tried to come into the room twice to rush us out at 9am without even knocking but this was to cover up what she was doing so they can hurry and clean the room. To add, my card was then charged almost $400 when I had already paid and was told it would only be for incidentals . Please be careful choosing to stay here especially when they claim they are always sold out. Not the case "

"Checked in around 130am after a long day of flying to come into a room that was dirty and there were COCKROACHES that crawled out from under the fridge. The entire hotel is dirty and multiple things are broken throughout. I checked right back out and requested a refund but I booked through a 3rd party and they said I have to go through them and they have to reach the hotel to get confirmation but can’t get through to anyone. Very disappointed "

"All the staff was helpful and courteous! Our room was clean and comfortable 100/10 experience. P.S.: The breakfast spread was fantastic!"
