"The rooms and hallways were an absolute mess, had a gross smell and were incredibly damp. We had to change from the first room because there was wet plaster on the beside table, carpet, and bed sheets. Overall, 0/5 will never come here again"

My only problem at location was the $300 charge for a meeting space, for four people to meet for an hour. I felt this was not acceptable, especially as a guest of hotel. In my travels most hotels have business rooms or private area to discuss business matters. "

"As soon as we opened up the door to our room, we were hit with a musty smell. The facility was clean, but very outdated. Location is very convenient to the hockey arena, but there are no restaurants within walking distance."

"Three pillows whiles in the bedsheets & stains on the sheets & comforter. Blinds broke door barely closed because of damages. Sink in bathroom had burn marks all over. Bathroom door had baseball size whole through it. Fake nails on the bathroom floor. People walking by all night long music blaring from parking lot all night long. Absolutely disgusting."

"Upon arrival the guest service was superb. They were fast, friendly and informative. My room was clean, very spacious and comfortable. I was actually surprised at the standard fridge and all of the cabinet space.. not to mention the two burners. The bathroom is stocked with Dove products!! The bed was very comfy. I will be staying here everyone I visit Raleigh "
