"“Budget” room was very poor. Window did not lock all the way, thin walls, light coming through sides of room door, bathroom had a very bad smell. Staff was nice but this did not make up for the dirty room. Television not functional. Paint peeling off walls. If this sounds good to you, then this is your place. It’s cheap price for a reason."

"I am a college student solo traveling throughout Europe and have ended up staying here twice in the past month or so. I was remembered by name by the wonderful staff. The hotel is not necessarily the most aesthetic accommodation, but it is clean, comfortable, welcoming and very cheap! I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends visiting Vienna over and over again! The location is also great! I hopped right off of the metro and I was there. It is also about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. There are restaurants and grocery stores right nearby. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I could not be more complimentary!"

"Really friendly helpful staff. Large clean quiet room. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Had coffee & cake in the coffee bar & enjoyed two really great meals in the bar area which offered comfortable seating, along with wonderful ambiance & great service. The hotel is close to, but set back from, main tourist area, around a 15 min walk. Subway station a 4 min walk for direct access & a 20min ride to Schönbrunn Palace."

"Room good, condition good, clean. Air conditioning not working, not cooling so room was hot and uncomfortable. Maid service was poor, didnt replenish items that had been used and even took empty box for vanity set out of the bin and put it back in place."
