"Very courteous and helpful staff. Free breakfast included for all. At breakfast they provide free complimentary foot massage. The masseuse are blind and do a great join. At breakfast they also provide live flute music - played by a blind individual. This empathy showed by the hotel administration should be advertised. Based on this, we have opted to return back on our next trip to Bombay."

"I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. "Everything was great - they checked us in quickly and no one rushed us to leave on the check out day. Room service was available till midnight and the area was good enough to come back at night.
