"The place is well located if you want to stay in Aguas Claras zone, but if your intention is to be close do city centre, this is not your place. The room was well cleaned and the communication with the host was good. However so points for me are a dealbreak and reason I would not book this place again: BED- to access the bed you need to “jump” or be on your knees on a wood, super uncomfortable and for someone older I cannot even imagine! "Hotel is great but I think it would be good for business if they could have someone speak English, and room 109 the A/C is not cold I had to hope the windows to have a better night sleep, I told them twice about it , they go check but didn’t do nothing about it."
