"Arrived for check-in and we (along with multiple others) were told our room was not ready and was not given an ETA of when it would be and when asked staff member was very rude and defensive saying they had been full to capacity the night before and couldn’t say what time to expect only the cleaning staff was doing their best. "For a 1 night stay it was okay. If I had a longer stay I would prefer another hotel. They did have coffee, shower amenities in the room. It was nice that breakfast was included with my booking… but we stayed on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. The bathroom door squeaked super loud every time you opened it. I woke up around 6am because I kept hearing the doors open & shut from the hallway multiple times. But the staff was very nice! "
