"Nice flat near Plymouth Uni and walking distance to local shops. Access was a bit painful as tbe access code did not work but soon resolved by contacting customer services. Some of the property info such as wifi network and password were not correct either so they need to update their comms. Otherwise the flat was comfortable and had enough cutlery and crockery for 4 (other than bowls). On site parking is a bonus but the open and overflowing trash bins were unsightly and not very welcoming"

The property is clearly advertised as having doors that open from the lounge to the outside sea front. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat...

"Had a family room, it was absolutely massive compared to other hotel family rooms. The beds were super comfortable, everything you could need was available in the room. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely. But my favourite thing had to be the view, it was breathtaking."

Other than that hotel was nice Didn’t have breakfast but coffee in reception today served by a lovely friendly man was lovely Reception staff lovely too VERY slow lift. Ok for us on floor 1 but some of our friends on 7 had a lot of steps as 20 mins plus for lift not great"
