"The Sahara property itself is attractive and well maintained; however, my experience with the staff was disappointing. Despite the front desk team’s apparent efforts, both the check-in and check-out processes were unnecessarily complicated. I was also double-charged for the second portion of my stay.In addition, the pool attendants attempted to overcharge for daybeds by misrepresenting the minimum spend. Due to the multiple card authorizations and the front desk’s inability to resolve the billing issues, I am hesitant to stay here again. As it stands, I appear to be out $148 USD. "

"Most of food stores were closed or only open half of the day ( sports deli, snack bar at bowling center) . Oh it would be nice if they had live music entertainment, so guests would stay at location longer. "

"It was all around fine and close enough to the sphere to walk. There was a lot of renovation and the bathrooms in the rooms were kinda weird. I felt safe and it was clean enough but not a luxury experience. Draw sort of a weird crowd too and people were throwing beer bottles on ground in the lobby. Express check in didn’t work so wait was long. I would only stay here if I was going to sphere and on a budget. "

"room was clean but sink drain ran out slow & the shower drain was stopped up completely. TV was an older model (not HD quality) & no TV channel guide."
