"The location was beautiful, Windows opened down to St Lazare square, only thing bad was the air conditioning, too loud and lost the Freon all the time, the hotel tech would fill it and it would leak during the night."

"The property was clean and the staff very helpful. A few things could be improved - no shaver point in the bathroom. There was a lighted mirror which was helpful for a wet shaver. There really needs to be some handrail at the main entrance as the steps are quite steep and no support. After our second day it was pointed out that there is a lift for people who cannot climb stairs at the restaurant entrance."
