The Staff tries very hard to please especially on the executive level. The breakfast menu is great. The view is outstanding. The staff is very attentive. It is a very relaxing experience. The lounge is spacious and is an excellent place to sit and relax. Book this hotel every time I am visiting Hong Kong.

This hotel can be rates only 3.5 stars maximum. The lobby looks good, but the room is not well maintained. The bathtub is heavily clogged, and the sofa has a lot of stains. Although the location is good, we will not stay again

Great place to stay and great value for money! We stayed at the Club Deluxe room. The hotel lobby and rooms look very classy, rooms are very stylishly decorated and spacious. The view was a little bit blocked by the building next door, but still pretty and we didn't mind. We love that the hotel location is very near to Fortress Hill Station as well and everything is within walkable distance.

Fine 3-days stay. Location was ok and close to MRT-station making it easy getting around. I chose the hotel due to the standard and the pool….but as I arrived I found the pool closed until March - nobody told me this when checking in, which I find as a bad service! Room was nice, However.

Service level at poor three star hotel.
Service pretty terrible. One person ordered two food items at the bar. Only got one, as the staff had cancelled the other as it would be too much.. Wanted to order room service, phone picked up and they told us that they were top busy to take the order..
