The hotel in general was super good. The staff was very attentive, from the front desk to the cleaning crew and breakfast buffet. It is within walking distance to everything outside the hotel.

Hyatt Vacation Club at Northstar Lodge, Lake Tahoe
Everyone was helpful and cheerful. Rooms was excellent with everything promised and clean. Need instructions on how to use fans, fireplace and heater control.
