"Plumbing issues that were supposed to last 3 hours but when I checked out early after 15 hours still no water to bathe or use restroom. Gas smell on our floor. If not gas smell then not sure what it was but we were not staying."

"The Lady in the front desk was super rude I don’t remember her name but I believe she needs to fix her attitude or find another job if she’s not happy and remember to smile when someone walks in to the hotel!"

"We had a wonderful stay, breakfast is simple yet it tastes good, can make your own waffles 😊 Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is great if you are going to Everglades/ Biscayne/ Key West. Highly recommend anyone looking for a budget but good hotel!"

"Friendly staff and guests. Breakfast was good. Good price for the stay. Comfortable and affordable. Laundry was available and $3.50 a load to wash and/or dry. Had a pool but didn't have time to use because it was a convenient stop on our road trip just before heading to Key West. The town was easy to get last minute stuff taken care of."

"The pros are the staff are attentive and has 24 hour staff available, plenty of the parking, has a mini dog area. The only con that I have is the first floor room is humid and create a condensation in the wood floor regardless of the room temperature is cool/cold. You can hear the main doors being open and closed at anytime of hour in the night. Does not have a chair in the room to use as a desk/ eat a quick snack or hot food. You can hear minimal the highway noise."

"This hotel is in the process of being expanded. It has a natural springs pool and an amazing tree house in the back, along with covered seating. More features are being added which will make it amazing. That’s the good part. The structure is old and while ok, still needs some TLC. My room refrigerator leaked a little, and the window A/C unit temp adjustment was broken so it had to be turned off periodically when the room was frozen, and then turned back on when it was roasting. "Leaks everywhere, humid rooms, borderline inhabitable. The walls had cracks that showed the metal infrastructure. Would not stay here again."

"Pros _ Location, Price $85 night. Pool. Cons _ AC sucked, Super Humid room, Seal / Gap under door missing > Humidity. Floors were dirty. Stayed 1 week, Linen was changed twice. Shampoo, Cinditioner low when i rcvd unit, halway thru the week, asked Front desk to tell hoisekeeping. Housekeeping didnt change them, so Front desk gave me Shampoo and Conditioner refill. Spend the extra $50 and stay at Hilton, etc. Its just the little things . I wont be returning and dont recommend"
