"Hotels.com advertised this property as having breakfast and a restaurant. One of the employees at the front desk said he’s worked there for three years. They have never had breakfast since he’s been there. There’s a restaurant building but no restaurant. When I went onto hotels.com, these were advertised. When I went onto Shilo Inn in Nampa website (after our trip), they did not advertise food. I actually thought when I was digging deeper before making the reservation that we were being connected with the Shilo Inn website. We were extremely disappointed with Hotels.com for not updating their hotel information because we made our reservations based on the information provided to us. The staff were amazing. They were very helpful, friendly, loved our dog. Our room was very clean. Parking was easy. Great Internet. We never made it to the indoor pool and spa. It look nice though. "
