"Muy tranquilo buena atención"

"Le chambre a toujours été propre, le petit déjeuner est varié et délicieux."

"Staff were very helpful with information about nearest metro etc .... room was nice and clean and although the air con worked well it was falling apart."

"The best thing about this property is the way the property manager treats the costumers. Also the security is outstanding. Even though it is an older building it's very clean."

"We stayed 3 nights and found the apartment quite clean. We are a family of 4. However we were not thrilled with the online check in. I really don't like the idea of uploading sensitive documents like passports on their system or through what's app. And we wish the AC was cooler. Lastly, it would be nice if Actus could print instructions for the stove and blinds etc. Parking was OK in the lower level but we found the residents rude because they park their cars inappropriately making it harder to...

"The room was clean. Excellent communication with the staff on WhatsApp. The AC was not cooling the room down so I had to use the ventilator which got me sick on my last day in Rome (thankfully the weather was not hot, so I could handle the warmth) The location was not ideal as Centocelle is not the safest place in Rome and it’s very smelly, but manageable."

"I had a wonderful stay at this property and cannot recommend it enough! The location was absolutely perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore Rome's iconic sights, local restaurants, and cafes. The room itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. After a long day of walking around the city, it was the perfect peaceful retreat to come back to. A special thank you to the host, who were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and provided great local recommendations that...

"Very personable and polite staff and service, breakfast was extraordinary with a wonderful array of options!"

"I was a little leary when I seen the neighborhood this was in. Graffiti on the walls of the buildings down the block. But turns out, the neighborhood was amazing. Kate our host was exceptional! She helped us with everything and got us settled in, she even arranged rides for us when we were stuck in unknown areas and couldn't find a cab. I can't thank her enough. Her place was clean and beautiful. I will say, pay attention to the weight limit on the elevator. It is very small and stands...

"Amazing owners and such a great room! Very clean and modern. We had very early morning schedules so I do hope the other guests in the house weren’t too disturbed. Ciampino and the walkable Pizzaria were lovely and welcoming"

"The location is ideal. A few minutes to walk to Tuscolana train station - and also to Re de Roma metro (taking you to city center and major sights). Quiet area in the evening but with a lot of good Spatious, bright and clean room. All you need. Good beds. Pillows were very hard for my preference. Helpful and communicative host. Breakfast is not really breakfast though. Hyperprocessed cakes and white bread wrapped in plastic. No fruit or fresh options. Good coffee. Good overall value."

"Decent, clean room. Perfectly fine for sleeping. Everything was handled remotely via Whatsapp so be sure to message ahead of time and give a heads up on arrival (to open the door) or any needs. It is a bit farther out from the main sights but the metro station and bus stops are a 5-10 min walk."
