Helpful accommodating hotel service

Stayed here for the lantern festival. It was very comfortable and the price was great compared to other locations in the area. They were accommodating when it came to checking in early. Our room was clean, very nice on the inside and the view of the gold course was gorgeous. The place does look a little sketchy driving up to it but it was one of the most comfortable rooms weve been in.

Comfortable night before going to Mexico.

Clean, comfortable room in a quiet location with views of the golf course. Fridge and microwave in room with parking outside our door. Property is in the process of changing hands. Within 20 minutes of leaving we had crossed the border and were in Mexico. We'd be happy to stay here again.

We were in town for a family funeral. The sheets on our bed were torn. There were no coffee cups fir the coffee maker. Our kids room had cups but no coffee. The bed had a bad leg and felt like it was going to crash to the floor during the night. The shower handle came off in my husband's hand. Overall it was not somewhwere i would atay again unless it was an extreme emergency without any other options.

Old, run down, outdated. Holes in wall, paint chipped, light bulbs missing, large gaps in the caulking around the tub. Stains in the carpet. Had to call a phone number to get someone to check me in. No iron. Never again!

Horrible felt like I was in bates motel!!!

If I could use negative stars I would give them a -10. The establishment looked very run down. The door looks like at some point it was broken into, there were cobwebs en the shower and the room looked like it had not been used in months. I did not feel safe and the power even went out in the middle of the night. I was very surprised because I had stayed there 5 yrs ago when it was remodeled.

It looks abandoned from the outside. It looks nothing like the pictures in Expedia. I was so confused on where to check in since it was pitch dark and I only saw a couple people outside smoking. I approached a man in the golf cart sitting outside and asked him if he knew where I could check in. He said he could check me in, he was on the phone with a man and the man assisting me in person sounded so confused and unsure. He didn’t know how to use the computer so he just asked me if I booked the room in Expedia I said yes and gave me the room key without checking the computer. The outside needs to be more vibrant and a sign at least pointing where to check in. It just didn’t look safe in my opinion.

I’m not sure what I was expecting staying at a “Country Club” on a golf course, but I certainly wasn’t expecting the grounds and rooms to be in such poor condition. I’m assuming the facility is family-owned, and the two men that were at the front desk were kind and helpful, but I could tell they had been running around getting things prepared for our stay. Online it says housekeeping is limited and it definitely is that. I have a suspicion that our rooms were just cleaned before we arrived (not after the last guest left). Lobby was hot, no working a/c, first room I was checked into had no working a/c and I was moved to another room. The door frame looked like it had been kicked in at one point and I was worried anyone could break in. Overall cleanliness of the room was pretty poor. Stains noted on the walls, headboards, carpet (I wore shoes the entire time I was in the room), and desk chair. The sheets appeared clean but looked wrinkled, like they had been slept in before. I found a large tangle of hair on the floor near the bathroom door when I first walked into the room. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and the shower head flopped around. I made do for two nights but I would never stay again or recommend anyone to stay. Travel here at your own risk.

Reservé este “hotel” porque estaba cerca de donde tenía un evento familiar. Si pudiera le daba cero estrellas por la publicidad engañosa ya que el lugar no tiene nada que ver con las fotografías que promocionan, desde el estacionamiento se ve el abandono en el que tienen las instalaciones en general, cuartos quemados, gente extraña, basura por todos lados, el olor al entrar a recepción es entre cigarro, viejo y humedad, para empezar no había nadie en recepción y tuvimos que esperar aproximadamente 15 min a que pudieran localizar a la encargada. Solo recogimos las llaves y nos fuimos a nuestro compromiso pero aunque sabíamos que solo utilizaríamos la habitación para dormir al regresar al igual que recepción el cuarto olía muy mal, había chinches, moscas, en general se veía muy sucio e inseguro. Decidimos irnos a otro hotel en el centro y solicitamos la devolución de nuestro dinero. Definitivamente no recomiendo para nada este sitio y espero me regresen mi dinero.
