"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war schmackhaft und hatte ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der SPA-Bereich ist ein Traum! Unser Zimmer war sehr klein (113), der Fußboden war stark verunreinigt und im Badezimmer roch es permanent nach Fäkalien. Unsere Gesamtbewertung: Sehr gutes Hotel für ein SPA-Wochenende."

Ikke opvarmet skiopbevaring, så alt for fugtigt og dårligt lugtende til at kunne bruges. En voldsom stank af ubehageligt parfumeret rengøringsmiddel, på værelset efter rengøring. Så voldsomt at det sad i ikke brugt tøj efter hjemkomst, som måtte vaskes. De få goe pladser i morgenmadsrestauranten, hvor man kunne sidde ved vinduet, blev...

"Schon beim Check in wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und über alles wichtige informiert. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt auch als nicht Hundebesitzer. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, das Essen ist sehr empfehlenswert und auch sehr fair vom Preis. Latrop selber bietet auch einiges wie einen Park mit Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Spazieren nach einem sehr guten reichhaltigen Essen."

"The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! "Das Hotel war in einem sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber, das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war das Highlight des Hotels. Diverse täglich wechselnde Details, die nicht der Norm entsprechen und mit Freude angenommen wurden. Der Kaffee war vollkommen in Ordnung und lecker aus dem Vollautomaten. Ein eigener Hotelparkplatz rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Leider waren wir nur ein langes Wochenende dort. Wenn es etwas zu kritisieren gäbe, dann höchstens, das es keine Klimaanlage...

"Net en schoon hotel, authentiek in de aankleding, vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden een basis kamer aan de voorkant, gelegen aan de doorgaande weg en tegenover een kinderdagopvang. Dit gaf wel wat geluid, al vroeg in de ochtend en gaat door tot ' s avonds. Ook de kerkklokken luiden op onwillekeurige tijden, dit is wel iets waar je rekening mee moet houden."
