"Room was not what we expected after reading ratings. Bathroom shower was awful. Two different tiles on the floor and bathtub had brown moldy looking caulking. Everything except countertop was very outdated. We booked for 2 nights but left after 1 night. Sheer curtains over the window actually were tearing had holes in them."

"They charged for things that we didn't do. Old stain on sheets that was there when we got there. Towels that we returned for new towels. There was a bag covering fire alarm and tissues stuffed in the bathroom. Elizabeth is the only front desk person that knows what she is doing and is very nice. Julie and the other male front desk clerk were rude."

"Easy check in and always a wonderful and clean breakfast space! This is our go to hotel when we travel to Winston Salem multiple times yearly."

"The location was perfect for the event I was in town for. The rooms were very clean and well furnished. The staff, especially the general manager, were all incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional as well. It was surprisingly quiet, especially considering it was beside a shopping area. The dark out shade ion the window made this location a 10/10 for me!"
