"The property was nice and the staff was very nice. However, our air conditioner leaked water on the floor …. as in the floor was soaked. We reported it on Saturday night. We checked out Monday morning. It was never fixed. Their solution was to give us more towels to put on the floor. My husband had to walk on the soaked floor to get in and out of bed.
On a good note they serve an amazing complimentary breakfast on the weekend."

"The staff was tremendous!!!! We originally booked a different hotel but had to leave as a result of an emergency. We booked this last minute and honestly we were blown away with our last minute reservation. Super clean hotel, amazing guest service and overall stellar experience. "We live 2 hours away from the airport. We had an early flight-6am. We chose to stay here because of the convenience, boy, was it ever! Free shuttles from 4am on. We actually walked over to the airport the night before to get the lay of the land and to check in. Parking was super easy too. I will absolutely stay here again when I have an early flight"

"Check was fast, staff was great, I was grossly over charged for a 1 night stay because of the " World Cup" which i could give 2 cent about "price gouging." Just wanted to be 2 minutes from a party venue.My refrigerator in the room did not work and the toilet was clogged! Maintenance was not available so we were handed a plunger to do it ourselves!!"

"I always booked the jacuzzi smoking room and everytime I would get the same room but this time I was put in another room on the 2nd floor. Normally I am pretty satisfied with this facility. This time wasn't the case. The hallway leading to my room smelled like urine. The room had many bugs, I killed about 8-10 flies and there were lots of gnats or fruit flies. There were also lots of ppl hanging around. At 2 in the morning, kids were outside, ppl were arguing."
