"Overall a good stay but the floors weren’t cleaned, towels weren’t replaced daily and our stove stopped working temporarily at one point. But staff was helpful."

"Don’t use Expedia took me over an hour to check in because I paid them the full amount, including taxes and they only sent the motel they out for the room didn’t cover Taxes when Expedia was called. They told me just pay taxes again."

"This property was clean, maintained and in a safe area. No coffee in the room which was fine since there's good coffee in the lobby all hours. Cold and hot breakfast options also included. And dogs allowed🐶"

"The only complaint would be the breakfast food. Some of it was processed food and had very little taste to it."

"It’s located right next to a steak house and close to the fairgrounds which is why I was in town to go to the fairgrounds for a truck show."

"The only thing I did not like was that the indoor pool area there was no towels available and the water was very dirty with trash and hair and other objects floating around from the night before because it was pretty early in the day that we tried to go but changed our minds after seeing this."

"Love the Cleanness of the room , the staff was always helpful and responsive to all questions asked. Breakfast was standard compared to other Staybridge hotels I have stayed at. The hotel has more accommodation for smokers than non smokers. They have all the covered from the sun, and all we had was seats inside the pool. The pool closes at 9pm and we had to go back into the room. I think there should be equal space for smokers and non smokers"

"The breakfast is good. The staff was helpful and we had everything that we needed. It is very close to Nashville Shores and there were several stores right there in the same parking lot basically. There was the situation of having a broken elevator and there were a couple of cleanliness issues that we noticed, but they weren’t dealbreakers"
