"Everything was close by but not what the booking described. There should have been warnings on the booking that there is only 1 roll of toilet paper provided, 1 towel/washcloth per day…so if you go to the beach, you have kids that get dirty then you better bring your own or go buy more. The neighbor next door actually lives there but doesn’t want ANY noise made or anything placed outside that she can see…she shouldn’t live there if she doesn’t like vacationers who may accidentally drop the...

"Well I stayed there and had my 1st Hurricane experienced there. Also we lost power..it was out for 36hrs, not too bad at all. They had a generator operating so we can keep our phones charged and also use of the microwave for heating up food. Their main focus was making sure we had clean water and food and they did that. They still had cereal, fruit, bagels, hot coffee even. Great job Village Inn. Of course I'll be back."

"I never leave reviews but holy was this so bad. Literally 2 spiders on the bed, pillows had red stains on them… like? Room smelt rotten, no towels in the room just terrible. Smells like cigarettes and weed everywhere as well which is not the main problem but everything else is just crazy."

"The room was clean, and the harbor view was beautiful. I want to be fair to the owner, as the room itself was not the problem. The location is convenient, although beach access requires a water shuttle. We were scheduled to arrive the day Hurricane Isaias hit in 2026. Since we were driving 6 hours, we repeatedly contacted Emerald Grande to ask if it was safe to come. The reservations team assured us it was safe, said business as usual, and encouraged us to continue. When we requested a refund...

"The room was disgusting. There was hair all over the shower. The floor trim was peeling and looked moldy. The door to the room had been kicked in before so it was awful trying to get it to open and close. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Will never be back."
