"Friendly staff on arrival, quick check in still had to fill in form which was already done online.The room was big & spacious all facilities in the room.bonus that you had toiletries. And even though we were on the side of building we had a sea view. Would diffently recommend."

"The view from the room was beautiful, we stayed whilst it was in mid 20s but the room was unbearable in the morning with the sun beaming on the windows and rather warm at night. A fan was provided but not adequate and rickety. Spa facilities were lovely and worth using for a chill out. Breakfast service was a big let down. We waited a while to be seated (ignored by staff) finally sat down to order and service was slow. Nothing left of the included continental even after asking for top ups. Had to ask 3 members of staff for bread to make toast to go with cooked breakfast. Just not what you would expect from a hotel of this category. When providing feedback the girl had an answer for everything instead of just listening and taking on board comments. I would return for the views but the service needs sorting out."
