"Very nice property for a good price. There are some sign of wear in the room but it is very nice and comfortable and well located; only a few minutes from the beach. The girl at the front desk, Yen, is the sweetest and friendliest! She was always ready to help and give suggestions! The only minor thing is the lock on the balcony can be opened from the outside and it connects to other guests' balcony so technically anyone could get in. "Clean and comfy, I had a nice sized room over looking the river. Situated between the beach and the river, it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Quiet area, not a lot of shops or restaurants in this area but easy to take Grab to the busier places. Friendly staff, good breakfast cooked to order every morning. Overall had a lovely stay! "

"This hotel was SO charming!! The family that runs it was so very kind! There was a mix up in the booking and they were able to help us out even though they had to rearrange the room. They really show pride and care of their property and take great care of their guests! Borrowing the bikes to get to town and the beach added an extra level of adventure. "The property was lovely with a small number of rooms and a cafe on the main floor. The cafe had really good food and drink. They had bicycles available for use. The room we had faced the room so had a great view of the paddy fields. There was a bit of road noise which was easily blocked out at night with our travel sound machine. The room was spacious and well laid out with a nice little patio. The bathroom was spacious with a nice tub. They had some water available to fill up water...
