"Overall, I'm very satisfied with my time at Aliana. Despite having bad luck with the weather, the views were fantastic and the staff very friendly and at a reasonable price. I had an overnight train from Hanoi and I very much appreciated the early check in option (8am or so!) Also, in addition to keeping my luggage in the hotel for an additional 8 hours past check out, I was able to take a shower after the day's excursions. It was a game changer. Would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking for a cosy getaway with great views."

"Room has clean linen and towels. Was kept spotless with 2 daily cleaning and replenishment of water. Lovely view of the mountain and rice terrace on clear days. Even in the rain the fog makes is magical - simply breathtaking ! Special thanks to the in-house chef for whipping up delicious meals. The freshness of vegetables brings our dinner to a new level. "

"Arrived at 4.30am, slept and left at midday due to change of plans. Staff were very accomodating and room was really nice. "

"Beautiful hotel, room was spacious and great views across the valley. We arrived early and they got us into our room within 45mins which we appreciated. The dining staff were not so good, we asked for a table and was told they would call our room once a table was free, we waited 1hr 30mins with no call, we went back to find lots of empty tables with used plates, no attempt was made to clear them the rest of the time we were at the restaurant. When we asked for the dessert menu we were refused service due to the time. Overall i would stay again but eat in the town."
