"My one night stay was nice. There is plenty of parking spots at the hotel. The grounds were clean and kept up as well as the parking lot. The exterior of the building was in good shape. I was greeted by staff immediately. He was nice and professional. The interior of the building looked nice. My room was clean and spacious. He heat worked really good. I liked how quiet it was. I had a good night sleep."

"It wasn’t a bad stay, but the bed was not comfortable at all just felt like a box spring, and the pillows were so flat it felt like I was laying on cardboard and there was only 1 pillowcase on 1 of 4 pillows."

"The rooms were not well maintained and appeared to have unrepaired water damage on the walls. The room also had an old, musty smell. Overall, it seems this location is overdue for interior renovations.Additionally, the appliances and bedding appear outdated and in need of replacement."

"Do not stay here with young children that might want to sit/play on the ground. It was a place to sleep in a pinch, but I would never willingly choose to go back. The drawers were broken and the furniture was dirty and the legs were broken. There was an open hole in the wall with wires exposed where the fire/smoke detector was supposed to be. The towels were barely bigger than hand towels, which sealed our decision not to shower with the dirty tub floor. There were no actual blankets on the beds, just sheets (thankfully they appeared cleaner than anything else) and the things that are blanket covers, don’t was like sleeping with 2 sheets. There was no breakfast, but after seeing how dirty the halls and lobby and everything was, I don’t think I would’ve eaten anything that was prepared here anyway…"

"Stayed here 1 night for a concert in Indy. Was pleasantly surprised by how clean and large my room was. Had absolutely zero complaints. Will definitely look into this property again when staying down there. "

"Parking was safe and convenient. Room was extremely clean. Shower and water pressure was wonderful. Location was convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel….and, I don’t usually highly recommend Best Western Plus Hotels(I normally say “all was good” and leave it at that). "

"Clean room, hospitable staff, walking distance for major concerts. The only issue we experienced was the shower leaked and we had wet bathroom floors that wouldn’t dry. "

"I loved everything about this hotel! Great location, plenty of restaurants in the hotel and nearby! Easy access to highway etc! I was also staying with my Service Dog and they couldn’t have been kinder or friendlier! From the front doorman to the reception staff. The waitress who brought my food that one evening everyone was so incredibly kind. They also were so respectful of Wrangler and had such great questions. Our room was awesome he loved his treats see photos! My only complaint was the TV which kept glitching and I just gave up trying to watch something on it. The bed was comfortable and welcoming after the days I spent exploring Fishers and Downtown Carmel. I had a charity event and frankly wish I could have sampled more of the food in the Hotel. I enjoyed Provisions ordering the Tuna tartar as a meal even though it was an app, the salad with the crunch onion and peas and the strawberry shortcake. It was all excellent! I’ll be back to Indianapolis again as my SD was trained here at Medical Mutts and this will definitely be my choice to stay at again ! Thank you for such a lovely stay! Paula & Wrangler"
