Despite a delayed flight on arrival we were greeted at the 24/7 reception by friendly and helpful staff. A pleasant discovery that the Airport Skybus drop-off is right outside the hotel. Convenient to weekend markets and MONA ferry, such a great location for our weekend visit.

Was really happy at the hotel , was very clean and the rooms were very roomy and comfortable. Also in a great location , another great RACV hotel 👍

It’s a gem of a property at central location. We had a wonderful couple of nights in upgraded premium suite with harbour views. Will surely stay here next time we are in Hobart

This hotel melded old and new perfectly. Parking was easy and convenient being on site. The rooms were comfortable and without issue. Loved the friendly service in the restaurant for take away coffee and in the bar for a night cap. Great dining within walking distance

The location is right by the drop on drop off bus, the airport shuttle and a stop for many day trips. Shops nearby as well.

Everything was good except Foxtel Sky News Channel was not available. If it was a fault it should have been fixed after day 1 of our stay. If the Hotel has deleted this channel, I m unlikely to book this hotel gain.

A terrible experience with RACV Hobart
I booked this Hotel in December for February as a birthday present. I received a confirmation from them from the RACV. They took my deposit and all seemed OK, then 24 hours before checking in I got an email that they had canceled my booking and would refund the deposit, no reason. I could not get another Hotel in Hobart as it was sold out and very short notice. So had to hire a car as we were 40knm out of town. No reason so I assume they got a group booking. Thanks RACV, great birthday you have spoiled!! I will NEVER use you again and tell as many people as I can of your business practices.

Very convenient traffic wise and everything is close by. However, one thing needs to be improved was that our tissue paper was empty and was not replaced during our stay.

Good sized room, loved having an accessible balcony. Perfect location, walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Hobart. Very helpful having a washing machine and dryer in the room.

Great Hotel
Very nice hotel in a good location with friendly and helpful staff Particularly enjoyed the happy-hour in the bar and high quality gym They give out a voucher to use on food or drink if you opt not to have room service which is a nice touch

Stayed for 3 nights as a single female. Large room with all amenities that i needed. Liked the fact that you had to use your room card in the lift. Great location - i walked everywhere from here and the airport Skybus stops directly opposite the hotel.

Conveniently located hotel in Hobart CBD and within walking distance of harbor. Modern facilities with large rooms. We had a view of Mt. Wellington. Across the street from Sky Bus and Hop On Hop Off stops.

The property was good. It was in town and most shops closed early. Parking was a little challenging to find but room was good.
