This is my second time staying here. There is a convenience store and a cafe on the first floor, so it is suitable for long-term stays. I will use it again next time I stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

The staff is great, room was clean and spacious Only downside was when they offered me an airport pickup for 450,000 when it is 3km away and a Grab taxi is only 63,000. If you are a tourist there is not much around there, either walk a lot or Grab taxi everywhere.

Great location, kind staff and nice apartments. Only downside is cleanliness and how little they clean while you’re living there. You can see that they don’t clean behind the beds, in the wardrobes or dust off some areas. Stains on curtains and bed frame could be seen.

The Arrivals Tower Service Apartments

The staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms has visible signs of water damage on the walls and general wear and tear. My TV turns on by itself for for unknown reason (I can see other TV on the wifi). I could not watch my TV because it was in Korean. The accommodation is located in a small alley way making it difficult to enter and leave by car. The accommodation only gets service every three days. You will need to bring down the rubbish yourself. Towel exchange and new toilet paper available on request but cleaning is every three days. Although the website here listed that is had a washer/dryer. Only the bigger apartments has a washer. Drying is via the clothes lines. Otherwise, you need to pay them 50,000 VND per kilo to wash and dry for you. Overall, the rooms are fine when the price are based price. I can't justify spending double the money for the premium room.

This property was incredible value for money. We booked it to fill the hours before our late flight and it was perfect. Very clean and spacious. A little noisy during peak hour traffic but close to the international airport.

Budget friendly and modern design

Property is secluded in the alleyways away from the loud noises of the main streets. Modern renovations like an IKEA room with plenty of space. Easy communication as there are English speaking staff. Convenient store on property with reasonable prices. Decent Pho spot directly across the street. Ended up extending my stay with cash as it was nice and convenient. A simple grab 10-15 minutes to D1 attractions without staying in D1. Definitely recommend as a budget friendly and clean accommodation.

Linens were iffy. Bathroom was not clean enough. Location is strange/neighborhood/alley, odd. It was only $50, but I would not recommend unless you are truly on a budget. We needed a place to crash before a flight, but we certainly did not need to stay there. The pictures look way better than what's there.

They take any chances to overcharge customers. We got charged 200,000vnd for 2 midsized towels. The sewage was in the bathroom was clogged. They skipped cleaning our room without telling us. We were told at check-in that the room will be serviced every 3 days. When we ordered for a room cleaning service they charge us 120,000 a time. The staff/ owner were super rude and unreasonable.

I booked through Orbitz/Expedia. Upon arrival, I got confirmation to show the front desk. The receptionists said they don’t see anything registered under my name. They said I should not booked through a third party apps, but should book directly through them to avoid not having a room. They later found the booking, but still insisted on sending me toanother hotel which owned by the same owner at a distant location in Q1. This was the 2nd time it happened. Last year, I was sent to another hotel for three nights. I refused to go, I called and spoke to Duy, one of the owners/managers who was kind enough and able to place me at the hotel I booked. I don’t appreciate this kind of practice. If you book directly through them, you will get the room. If you go through third party apps, they try to make it difficult. Again, this is the 2nd time it happened. To the hotel staff: please change the way you do business. Or, you will guests. Thx DGT

Horrible experience. Stay away.

The night before my arrival, they messaged me that their pipe broke and will need to send me to their sister hotel. They said they will upgrade me. This sister hotel is significantly further away than where I wanted. I didn't have a choice because last minute booking anywhere else would've been more expensive. Upon arrival to the sister hotel (Arrival capsule hotel), the room they gave us was significantly smaller. This is a downgrade. After telling them it's not what I had asked for. They moved us to a bigger room but it's 4 small twin and not maintained. The room was dirty and old. I complained again. They said they can move us back to the original Arrivals Tower in the morning. I spoke to them again in the morning and they said they can't take us until 2pm. We showed up at 2pm. They were fixing the AC still. We waited an hour before they were done. The AC was leaking throughout the night. We left the next morning. Terrible experience and no refund of any kind.
