We stayed there for one night. There was nothing fancy, just a basic hotel, clean, comfortable, and with excellent staffs. We would stay again and recommend it.

The name of the hotel says “spa”, but there is no spa or services. Also the breakfast was only omelette, coffee and water. The hotel has mole, I got very sick there.

I found it very difficult to cross “trường sơn” street if walking around the area because the whole long street has no cross street light for pedestrians.

Disgusting
The room was absolutely disgusting and would not recommend to anyone. Glossy photos hides the dust and uncleanlinesses overall. Don’t waste your money staying there. Reception was also very rude

Staff speaks Poor English, no spa, won’t allow masseuse to room,terrible food nothing westerners would eat. This is why the hotel restaurant had no people in it. Took 3 hours for the AC to cool the room and staff didn’t understand me when I complained. We left a day early and paid for another hotel losing one nights payment just to be comfortable.

WARNING ! Unmarried couples cannot share a room.
A very modern hotel, recently refurbished. Comfortable bed , great deep soaking bathc / large bathroom. WiFi a bit erratic, and TV has very few Western/English channels. Breakfast a bit disappointing , like most VN hotels in the Covid period , the buffet has been cancelled and they switch to a single dish a la carte menu with no refills on coffee or juice. Waiter was excellent. I missed the hotels.com smallprint , they do not allow unmarried guests to share a room. That included my fiancee. Strangely, they would allow me to pay for another room , yet allow us both to stay in the original room, so it's a bit of a scam. This archaic VN law has never been enforced at the 20+ hotels I have stayed in. Strange that the Hotel enforces this, so probably a scam.

Overall Good
Close to airport. Friendly, helpful staff. No steet noise. Couldn't get the tv to work. Internet was slow and spotty. Good place to stay if you need to get to the airport early moning.

OK hotell
Servicen var bra! Fikk tidlig innskjekk, og hyggelig personalet. Synd spa var under oppussing, da dette var noe vi hadde sett fram til. Maten var bra. I informasjonen på hotellet står det tydelig at man får kjøpt forfriskende cocktail og vin på andre siden av veien for hotellet, dette stemmer ikke, så å få seg ett glass vin er umulig!

It was very close to the airport and within walking distance, which was nice. The fact that there was a window in the shower was a bit weird but I guess that's all right. Something i have not seen in hotel rooms before was a weight balance. We really enjoyed how awesome the door system was and how nice the staff was to us.

The service was really great but for a four star rated property, I was only pleased with my stay because I was staying one night. 24 hour check in was really helpful and it was super close to the airport. It wasn’t really as clean as it should have been and spa and pool are still under maintenance. Good for a short stay, would not stay long.

お部屋は比較的広くて綺麗ですが、ダニがいるようで全身噛まれて帰国後も痒みがおさまらず大変な目に遭いました。 シャワーは隙間から外に水が流れて洗面所が水浸しです。 無料のミネラルウォーターが毎日2本置かれます。 朝食ビュッフェはまずまずといった感じで、お粥が美味しかったです。 食べ終わると間髪入れずに下げられます。 ベルボーイが親切でGrabでタクシーを呼んでくれます。

Scam!!! They refused my checkin and kept my money!
I was refused check-in even though i showed my hotels.com confirmation. I didn't get any refund by the hotel or hotels.com. The entire multi-day stay payment was stolen. DO NOT MAKE ANY RESERVATION HERE!!!
