"We found the staff were really nice and,friendly nothing was to much trouble for any of the girls maria was lovely every day we had breakfast she new what drinks we wanted also the blonde girl who was on the bar at night was great so was the other two girls but, we didn't know there names which was a shame because i could but, there names here food was good at night too so was breakfast the room were really clean we would go back there anytime if we were around ther part of the country"

"The food in restaurant was excellent we had 3 course and it was all delicious. The steam was out of order on Friday which did spoil that spa experience for us but luckily it was working the following day "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had found the hotel based on searching for somewhere we hadn’t been before. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to be able to walk around the grounds in the evening. While there isn’t a great deal to do in Ware, Scott’s Grotto (only open Saturday afternoon) and Hatfield House (30 minutes drive away) are both worth a visit. Thank you to all who made it an enjoyable weekend away for our family."
