"Best hotel in Medford! Our room was clean and the furnishings were pretty new. We loved the free breakfast! We will back."

"I was highly disappointed. I reserved this hotel because it was my son's bday and we were excited about the pool and slide. When I went to check in there was a sign on the counter saying the pool was closed! No where on Expedia or their site did it say the pool was closed for maintenance. I had my 3 kids and two of their friends with us to celebrate and they were all hyped about swimming. I called Expedia and was told I could not get a refund and the hotel couldn't give me one either since I reserved the room on Expedia and not thru them personally. I asked if I could be comped a room for next time and still told no because I didn't cancel in time. But I had no intention to cancel until I got there and told about the pool. There was no reason to stay if the pool was closed. It was a Huge inconvenience and really disappointing for my son! "

"Entering the hotel it seemed as though it was beautiful and had a great history. We were excited to stay at the property. After some odd side conversations in the lobby about a fire due to someone smoking in their room, we were greeted by the front desk staff. They were quick to get us settled and kind during the process. The room looked great upon entry, but it became evident that it was not thoroughly cleaned. There were weird powder-like foot prints next to bed, hair in the shower, a dirty microwave and debris in the main sink. We were only there for one night, but I questioned the cleanliness enough to wear my shoes in the room and lay towels on the floor where I may step barefoot. "

"We were here last week and enjoyed our stay so much that we rebooked this stay without checking for another hotel. We requested an inside room as the room last week had noise from freeway traffic. This room was squeaky clean as was the room last week. The restaurant is open 7am to 2pm and 5pm to 9pm. Chocolate Convention is being held this weekend. Would stick with this facility when we pass through."

"Great hotel. Comfortable and spacious room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurants and airport close by. Gym equipment was newer and operated well. Breakfast was average. Would stay again. "

"Front desk staff were amazing. Travelling solo with a packed motorcycle and staff was super accommodating to ensure the security of my bike and belongings allowing me to get a much needed sleep. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. "
