"I would not recommend this property. The pool (which was the main reason I booked this hotel) was out of order. The elevators were all out of order too, so I had to carry my bag to the third floor. It is advertised as a “non-smoking” facility, but my room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Given this poor experience, I asked Expedia to reach out to the property on my behalf regarding a refund. Expedia attempted to contact this property for a week, but told me that they were unable to get in...

"The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. The property was fairly clean but is really showing wear. Carpets in elevators were badly stained and universal machine in workout room needed maintenance. Location was great as it is very close to highways. In the hotel's defense, it looks like they are in the process of some renovations. I hope they get those finished. I would use this hotel in the future if I were in town."

"This is the worst VRBO our family has ever stayed at. Host changed the duplex a couple of hours before our arrival. The new unit was uncleaned with some linens still wet in the washing machine. It had a room that had no light, old moldy food, cabinets without fronts, windows without coverings, a screen door ripped off, & beds that were very nasty and stained.
