"J’ai bien aimé l’emplacement et le déjeuner au 25 e etage avec la vue ! Une petite déception par contre pour le happy hours maintenant payant … j’avais réservé cet hôtel puisqu’il etait mentionné que l’hôtel offrait du vin et petites bouchées mais désormais nous devons payer ! Ils devraient donc offrir la possibilité au gens d’amener leur propre consommation!"

"Very impersonal check in. Very basic room. No socket points near beside. Peculiar unpleasant smell in the lobby. Just a bit disappointed for the price. The breakfast offering and the breakfast staff was the best thing about it. "

"Beautiful location, clean room and excellent onsen to soak in. During our stay, we were treated to a great selection of shampoo/conditioner, ice cream, drinks etc. Food was excellent as well. The hotel offers a free boat ride to Miyajima at 10am and a return trip at 3.30pm (needs reservation). It's a 15-min walk from the train station but you can get an uber if you miss the hotel shuttle. There is also an oyster restaurant next to the hotel, which serves really fresh oysters...visit it if you like seafood!"

"This was a great hotel to stay at. The heat/AC system has a control in the room, so you can set the temperature to something that is comfortable for you. "

"Very surprised this property is rated as a 4 star on Expedia. Lobby had a strong odour, rooms very dated, beds uncomfortable and old (we paid for a deluxe twin), breakfast was not worth the $20 we had prepaid per person - fruit consisted of a bit of pineapple and frozen mango. Wifi very weak. We had paid for 2 nights and left after the first night! Asked if they would be able to refund our food vouchers (CAD 40,00) for the 2nd day but told not possible because we booked on Expedia. Staff were pleasant and room was clean enough but very dated. On the Expedia site it indicated a 15 minute walk to the Peace park - not accurate as it’s about a 40 minute walk. Very disappointed with this Expedia booking - waste of money! "
