"Clean room and respectful staff"

"Everything was excellent with the exception of the availability of the pool. There was an off-sight birthday party that was scheduled and the hotel pool was made available to the party. When guests wanted to use the pool, it was full of very small children and was loud without a lot of supervision. It limited our use of the pool."

"I reserved a King bedroom suite but when I arrived, they said those rooms sold out and put me in a regular room. We were there for my daughter’s bday because she wanted to swim. We got dressed for the pool and discovered a sign in the door that the pool was closed. The front desk clerk did not know why the pool was closed but said it had been for months. I checked out and moved next door. I just hope that I get a refund! "

"We were looking forward to staying at a Fairfield because we had stayed at them before. This one was nice but not as upgraded as we remembered in the past. Shower curtain instead of glass doors, etc. We were just there for 1 night so it was fine for our trip."

"At check-in there was only one person working at front desk and as a waiter in the small restaurant. A squeaking bed in our double room lead us to not getting any sleep the entire night. Every move my son made in the second bed sounded like someone moving loud furniture, yes just that loud! Front desk check-out lady did not speak English and face-timed someone who on phone who assisted me with check out. I was informed that my receipt would therefore be sent to me. Very bad experience with virtual Expedia requesting a refund. Seems that no one wants to take responsibility for this hotel failure. I expect a lot more from a PLUS hotel and for the price that paid and I am still waiting to hear back from management."
