"I had a pleasant two-night stay at Hyatt Studios Harrisonburg. Since the hotel is newly built, everything feels modern, and the room was very clean. I also liked having a kitchenette, which is convenient for longer stays.
The location is another plus. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and it’s only about a 10-minute drive to downtown Harrisonburg, making it a great base for exploring the area or visiting Shenandoah National Park.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The complimentary breakfast is quite limited at the moment, with only oranges, bananas, muffins, Nutri-Grain bars, tea, and coffee. It would be nice to see more substantial options in the future. Since the hotel is newly constructed, there was also a noticeable “new building” smell in the room. In addition, I found the air conditioner a bit difficult to adjust, making it challenging to maintain a comfortable temperature.
Overall, I had a good experience and would stay here again. As the hotel continues to settle in and expands its amenities, I think it has the potential to be an excellent place to stay."
