All fresh and in working order. One note the fireplace is older but still throws off some intense heat. It is operated by a mechanical timer which can be finicky, crank it right then left then right and it was fine. Also I think it has a temp sensor because it will turn off even though the timer is still running and then come back on. The on site restaurant is delicious. Our rooms heat & a/c worked perfectly.
