The staff are very nice. I dont really speak Japanese and they dont really speak english but they tried very hard got the message through. I look forward to staying again if i come back to Himeji.😀

The hotel's cleaniness, room size and staff are what you'd expect from a Japanese hotel in this class. Strange and not pleasant were two issues: 1. Upon check-in we were conditioned to paying a 300 yen "public bath" tax (I'd guess the onsen use tax), although we clearly told them we would not be interested in its use. We were told all hotel guests were required to pay that tax. 2. The air in the room was damp and stuffy and the only way to refreshen it was by turning on the (rather noisy) air conditioning system; which in fact was only recirculating the air.

お部屋はすごく良かったですが、トイレの水がちょろちょろと流れ続けていて、少しうるさかったです。大浴場の利用方法についてもう少し案内があると良いと思いました。大浴場自体はすごく良かったです。

連休中で利用者も多かったから、仕方ないのかもしれないけど、シャワーの出が悪く、排水溝も詰まってシャンプーの泡が洗い場一面に広がっていた。お客みんなで排水溝開けて、水流して掃除した。 リファのドライアーは有難いけど、全席には無く、しかもコード短くてまともに使えない。脱衣所に椅子は有難いけど、通路が無くて、大股で椅子を跨ぎながら浴室へ。あらぬ姿になっていて、目のやり場に困る。　洗い場も足りない状態で出入り口で、開くの待ってたくらいだから、異常事態なのはわかるけど．温泉を売りにしているのなら、もう少し頑張って欲しいかな。 アメニティも、過去何があったか知らないけど、ポットはあれどフロントに雑な貼り紙で小さく『コーヒーのうんぬん』は疲れて泊まる入り口で雑に扱われた感があり、テンション下がります。では、せめてフロントで販売する様にしてみては？タダではあげないよ。と言われるよりマシな気持ちになれます。

お世話になりますありがとうございました。お風呂が温泉で、露天風呂が最高でした。しかし、冷水の紙コップが補充されていないし、ホテルで紹介されていたロビーのコーヒーサーバーなく、お部屋のお茶？インスタント珈琲セット？などもありませんでした。 お部屋のキーカードが一枚しかなく、何かと不自由でした。立地早いしまたつかいたいとおもいますが、今回不自由だと思った件どうぞ見直し宜しくお願い致します。
