"Beautiful location. Serene view. Very polite and helpful staff. I had issue with charging my Apple Macbook with American electric connection. They helped by providing an extension chord. I would request that they upgrade their electric outlets to support this smoothly."

"Hotel on Mall Road. Fantastic view from property. Comfortable rooms. Great service. Excellent menu - both veg and non veg. Restaurant and Bar available. Parking available. Dining hall seating both inside and in glass house. Garden for kids to play. Manager and staff are on top of things always. Evening tea and snacks were excellent. Would definitely recommend this property for leisure stay and relaxation. Breakfast spread was wonderful. One thing that hotel should work on is working with police...
