"Check-in時間等候太耐只有一個職員，而我們有四間房是預訂的，拍完車回來以為已經安排了房間，又要重新排一次就安排check-in，前台女性職員獻出不耐煩。通知前台房間浴室內水渠有蚊滋飛出，他們說會有同事上來幫我安排，但是一直都沒有人跟進。"

"The staff were very helpful. The room was big and bright, with all kitchen amenities. With washer dryer also. Bed was very clean and comfortable, easy access to train station or city centre. Would highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay gain."
