"Very dirty, stained sheets, holes in wall, mattress actually had a big hole in it!! We asked for a handicap room and they didn’t give it to us -said 2 handicap rooms were booked already. We actually needed 2 rooms with handicap accessibility and we had a fall in the tub due to lack of help from the hotel management. Never saw anyone else who would possibly need handicap rooms, we were there for 2 nights-paid way too much and no management all weekend to help us. Front desk staff did the best he could with his abilities without having management there."

"Front desk staff rude and did not tell us anything at all about the room, the stay and extremely slow. Someone else’s garbage left in our room - on the vanity (used oral care). Room was freezing as unit heater was difficult to use. Room keys sometimes work, sometimes don’t. Would not go back."

"The hot water didn’t work for the bathroom sink. They didn’t have a hot breakfast, the eggs and sausage warmers were not clean cleaned from the previous day and so they just didn’t make eggs and sausage for Sunday morning. "Asked for a lake view, no response from the kid working the counter. Was not greeted, felt as if we were interrupting his phone scrolling. Asked if the shuttle could take us to the casino, all we get is "Uh, huh!" Couldn't find the ice machine, didn't dare ask where it was. However, the lady at the counter in the morning was extremely pleasant and happy to help with our needs."

"Very nicely decorated space with a cabin feel. Very clean & kitchen stocked with all we needed for cooking. With it being winter the gas fireplace was warm, comfy, & romantic for our get away."
