"The courtyard with the pool is wonderful. Staff was super helpful and upgraded us to another room because the carpet was soaking wet in the one we got. Only negative was that the restaurant and bar are not open Daily"

"My husband is handicapped and needed a wheelchair or transport because you have to walk long distances between events, restaurants and rooms. Asked the front desk in person for one and via text a couple of times and never received a response. Ended up purchasing one at a local Walgreens.
Could not get the TV to stream channels. For 4 days we could only watch local TV.
Our room was equipped with only 2 glasses. Needed 2 more in the bathroom."

"I’ve stayed here several times and had great experiences but the last time I was double charged for the room and I had to reach out several times to get the charge reversed. So I won’t be staying here ever again."
