Er is geen lift dus je moet je koffers twee trappen opslepen, de badkamer is spekglad en er liggen geen katjes. Levensgevaarlijk hotel voor bejaarden of mensen met een lichamelijke beperking. Wc speelde niet goed door, er lag veel stof onder het bed. Het gehele Hotel werd door twee jonge meisjes gerund, die enorm vriendelijk waren maar het veel te druk hadden natuurlijk.

Top Lage, Zimmer super, sicherer Bike-Nebenraum

Wir hatten ein super Zimmer und waren mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wirklich top zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wirklich darum bemüht, das wir uns wohl fühlen.

Wir waren die einzigen Gäste im Hotel, erhielten trotzdem das letzte hintere Zimmer unterm Dach. Heißes Wasser ließ auf sich warten und reichte auch nur für 1x duschen. Der Fernseher konnte auch nach Hinzuziehen des Angestellten nicht aktiviert werden. Das Frühstück allerdings war ausreichend und gut. Alles in Allem machte das Hotel einen äußerlich guten, innerlich abgewohnten Eindruck. Viele verliehene Auszeichnungen (z.B. falstaff) waren aus längst vergangener Zeit, so dass dem Besucher ein höherwertiges Erlebnis versprochen wurde. Die angrenzende Gaststätte "Zur Sonne" wurde scheinbar vom gleichen Angestellten geleitet. Hier ließ sich gut und günstig zu Abend essen. Unsere Fahrräder wurden gut untergebracht in einem extra dafür nutzbaren Raum. Wie wir dann aus dem Umfeld erfahren haben, handelt es sich bei dem Objekt, um ein zuvor insolventes Hotel, das nun übernommen wurde und evtl. zu neuem Glanz kommen soll. Für eine Nacht haben wir es in Kauf genommen.

Nie wieder

Zimmer wurde 1 Monat vorher reserviert. Bei Ankunft war aber kein Zimmer mehr frei. Trotzdem Buchungsbestätigung und Erfolgter Zahlung. Laut Inhaber „ist wohl etwas schief gelaufen“. Als Alternative bot man uns ein einfaches Zimmer im Nebengebäude an, welches den Zustand einer dreckigen Ausnüchterungszelle näher kommt. Mussten nach Hause fahren. Der geplante schöne romantische Tag war zerstört.

Nach Betreiberwewchsel Entäuschung auf der ganzen Linie, Personal ohne Deutschkenntnis, TV nicht nutzbar, ehemalige Superküche nicht mehr vorhanden (aber die Plaketten am Eingang noch da!!!).

Vi betalte for værelset to gange!

Da vi skulle betale for opholdet ved afrejse, kunne vi ikke betale med vores Visa-kort. Vi måtte derfor betale kontant. Vi har nu ved hjemkomsten opdaget, at beløbet også er trukket på vores bankkonto, så vi har betalt to gange!!! Receptionisten hverken forstod eller talte tysk eller engelsk.

Das wortkarge Personal hat allenfalls ein Minimum an Kundenorientierung erkennen lassen. Der Zimmerschlüssel hing, warum auch immer, an einem Rindermarkknochen. Einen Hinweis, wo sich der Nachteingang befindet, gab es beim Einchecken nicht – der musste nachts telefonisch erfragt werden. Die Heizung in den Zimmern war, trotz sommerlicher Temperatur, voll aufgedreht. Die Dusche befand sich in einer Dachschräge und war aufrecht stehend kaum benutzbar. Das Frühstücksbüffet war in Auswahl und Qualität sehr enttäuschend. Die vier Sterne, die eine Tafel am Eingang ausweist, mögen in grauer Vorzeit mal gerechtfertigt gewesen sein, heute sind sie es auf keinen Fall. Nie wieder!

Als wir ankamen, war an der Rezeption, wie auch später, niemand anzutreffen. Als dann endlich eine junge Mitarbeiterin kam, konnte sie weder deutsch noch englisch. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, doch an den drei Tagen unseres Aufenthalts wurden weder die Betten gemacht noch das Zimmer und das Badezimmer geputzt. Neue Handtücher wurden erst nach zwei Tagen vorbeigebracht. Man konnte sich wegen der nicht vorhandenen Sprachkenntnisse nicht beschweren. Das Frühstück war okay, aber kein Frühstücksbuffet, und es gab nur Aufbackbrötchen. Teilweise war es durch den Straßenverkehr sehr laut. Eine Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte war nicht möglich, obwohl das in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht erwähnt wurde.
