We had a wonderful stay ! The rooms are very safe quiet and cozy. The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly. The food was delicious. All the shopping was within walking distance so the location is perfect . We will be back next year !

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is challenging and I had to park offsite a couple of times. Food in the restaurant was good, but overpriced with small portions. Seating was uncomfortable. I would consider returning to stay, but dine elsewhere.

Great place. Located within walking distance from the downtown, my wife and I could enjoy both Restaurants and shopping. There was a great highing and trails to follow with in a few miles. Definitely a return visit will be scheduled.

SCAM, FRAUD, THEFT?? You decide! Upon check-in, without notice, my room had been downgraded from Standard Queen Balcony to Standard King. There are significant differences in the rooms. In addition, I was charged more for the room and taxes. NO EXPLANATION WHY. Accept and pay, or leave, no refund for the initial payment. Experian tried to help, but they were stonewalled. The Standard King faces a busy back street and becomes VERY noisy at around 6:00 AM. The room is too small for a king bed (one way traffic around the room). In the bathroom I found a tiny little commode, perfect for a young child. Inadequate on-site parking may be a security risk, either from thieves or the bears. Yes, very big ones (I must admit that the bear on site was exciting). This hotel, at least the "bunkhouse", cannot compete with an older Red Roof Inn or Motel 6.

Location, it quiet and close to restaurants I liked the way things were in walking distance and was able to enjoy the culture and different shops and eateries. I would recommend it to everyone as a great weekend getaway.

Cozy in with happening restaurant and bar

Great inn with a nice bar and band on Thursday night from 6-9pm. Outdoor music is a bit loud and off-putting, but service was very good at front desk and cozy fireplace was nice in lobby.

Stayed at this property numerous times over the years. They’ve made wonderful updates and it truly feels like a mountain lodge with an amazing bar and gorgeous seating area. The restaurant was closed so we didn’t get to try it. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet escape to a truly charming inn.
