"The hotel was full and we were not allowed a late checkout. My husband is disabled and we had a five hour wait for our flight. We tried to hang out in the lobby area for part of that wait and were very unwelcome to do so. We were waiting for the airport shuttle and had all of our luggage loaded onto a luggage cart plus my husband's mobility scooter.
