"There was plenty of parking for the hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. Some of the wall sockets did not work. Also the hotel does not provide Kleenex in the room. The only problem was from Expedia who we made our reservation with. Expedia charged us $35.00 dollars more for the room with there fees while the bill from the hotel was only $104.00. We would not use Expedia anymore."

"We absolutely loved staying there. The original and authentic details of the old hospital was evident everywhere. Joanne, the innkeeper, was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made fresh every day We had a really great experience and would definitely return again!!"

"The room was spacious and clean. The property was well kept. The stream running next to the property was such a peaceful soundtrack for the stay. The bed was very firm as was the couch. We had plenty of space for our belongings and were able to use the couch, table, and chair. The bathroom is small but very functional. "Overall good and reasonable accommodations. Walking distance to downtown and a free shuttle to Cog Rail is across the street. One thing was a surprise is they charge for overnight parking and it says nowhere when you book."

" The person who helped us check in was GREAT! Went above and beyond to help us. I became very ill and we were greatly assisted in several ways. I actually had to check out before midnight and go to the emergency room in Woodland park. We were shocked that Cripple Creek had no grocery store or drugstore or emergency surgery!"

"Wonderful place to stay! Free shuttle into the heart of Manitou Springs, so we never had to move our car. Very nice staff, beautiful rooms, and good continental breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here."

"This place is great! We had an amazing time and awesome view. The room was clean and large. We were upgraded to the room with the Mountain View from the inside the room jacuzzi tub. Owners are friendly and generous! There are stairs to get to your rooms but not bad. The rustic wood balconies give this place an extra IT factor. We would definitely stay here again.
