"The room was clean and the staff were helpful. Our TV wouldn’t turn on a few times and they came in to fix it very quickly. There was a moment when they shut the water off because of something to do with the pipes and it would have been nice to know what was happening beforehand or at all, but I also understand part of that is out of their control."

"It was a family trip, and we absolutely loved our stay at the Conrad. The location was excellent, the hotel was clean, luxurious, and felt much more exclusive than other hotels in the area. It never felt overcrowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool was excellent, the food was great, and the rooms were spotless and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"This resort is huge!!! Be prepared for A LOT of walking to get to just about anything. Dining options on site are mostly high end with the exception of a handful of restaurants quite a distance from Palazzo. Casino, of course, smells of smoke. Also, as is the case with most resorts, any sort of soft drink or non-alcoholic beverage will cost you in the $7 to $10 range. Nice resort, just not easy to navigate and waaaaay too expensive on incidentals."

"Good location on mid-strip. Beds were comfortable, however the room smelled of smoke. We saw many people with dogs (on our floor 43 & in the casino barking at each other). Apparently, they gave us a room on the "dog floor"."

"Property is beautiful. Housekeeping staff are very nice. Check in was a nightmare- people randomly walk up to desks, rather than standing in line, and the staff doesn’t say anything. They don’t redirect them. The rewards desk is the same way. People who are not VIPs just jump lines and staff don’t care. Check in took at least 2x longer than it should’ve as a result. Same thing at the rewards desk. It’s like they are so afraid of getting a bad review or something that they just tolerate...
