I showed up and they said they didn't have a room for me.Because expedia didn't confirm my stay there. Needless to say after driving all the way there and not have any place to stay for my son's birthday, It was very upsetting. And all I get for the inconvenience is a ruined trip

Room was great. Desk service outstanding. The night manager has a dog named Sully that is the highlight of every stay. He’s a major attraction for the hotel.

This is the second time staying at the Boardwalk. Different rooms both times. This time the room was just not as clean as the first time. Dirty dishes were put back in the cupboards and we had to re-wash and there was a lot of hair in the shower that was left from previous tenant.
