"We stayed here as a family and at first I wasn’t sure what to expect since it felt more like a homestay than a hotel — no reception or breakfast area like you’d normally see. But it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. The rooms were huge, it being connecting rooms, giving us all the space we needed with separate bathrooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the river. "This was our second trip to Hoi An. The town is majestic! The hotel was fantastic. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and most of all an exceptional staff. We were also super happy with the store across the alley from our room. We bought drinks, snacks, deodorant and rented a scooter from them for the equivalent of $5 a day. "Great hotel and lovely staff. Very clean rooms and we had stayed in the family rooms. The pick your own brekkie and drink was a nice inclusion for our stay. There is a pool but it’s closed during the middle of the day which I found a little weird being the hottest part of the day. Open hotel with no entry doors so there were quite a lot of mosquitoes going into our room. Staff are extremely friendly"

"Check in was very good, lots of information, they gave us the Expedia room upgrade and it was an incredible room. The breakfast was very good, we didn’t use the restaurants but they looked very nice. The 2 swimming pools were very nice, although we tended to stay around the ground floor pool because it was bigger and had plenty of shade. It was just on the edge of old town so a convenient walk and not any of the noise. The hotel staff were very friendly, we would highly recommend this hotel"
