"We absolutely loved our stay. This was my third stay there and certainly was not disappointed. The beds are the most comfortable ever, the room was quiet, and we loved the lotion. Afternoon coffee and cookies, not to mention delicious cold water, just made the day even better. The staff was exceptional, at all hours. The location is perfect, walking distance to Seattle Center."

"The location couldn’t be better. The rooftop deck area has absolutely amazing views. The staff is excellent very professional and accommodating. Parking was nice. They were in the process of minor renovations. New wallpaper in the hallways with new baseboards. I’m always happy to see improvements being made to provide the guests with a fresher experience. "Arrived at hotel after long flight to discover room booked and paid for not available, even though confirmed with hotel days before travel. Substitute offered was okay, but third person bed not made nor ready. When request for bedding made to reception, housekeeping left them outside door. They did not attempt to make the bed. The only person in room at the time was my wheelchair bound wife. For second day, housekeeping decided to roll up bedding and left it hidden under sofa bed. We asked for...

"Love that you can fit 4 people (2 adult kids) in one room comfortably. Was there for UW graduation. Convenient location to walk to campus. Complimentary breakfast is really good and a wide selection of foods. Front staff super friendly."

"I should have understood "hostel" meant there were communal bathrooms. Other than that everything else was satifactory."

"A wonderful hotel: very nice supportive staff, artfully designed well maintained property, easy safe parking. Room is spacious with modern appliances (TV is a bit small for a room size)). Area is safe in a daytime. Few angry individuals we observed on a way back to a hotel at night, coming from bar area… but, all in all it’s a good safe hotel to stay if you visit Seattle."

"Elevators were broken so we had to haul luggage really far and walk really far to and from our room. Location is good for visiting the Space Needle and Pop museum. Not exactly ideal for stay if you are leaving on a cruise."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were deliciously comfortable. I appreciated that they had both firm and fluffy pillows and soft cotton sheets. The room was pretty. We were not bothered at all by sound from the neighborhood pub downstairs (I was worried when I saw it, but it was not a problem at all). I will definitely stay here again."

"we didnt know it was a shared property as it was not mentioned in the add - the cleaning staff was rude and had left the kitchen and the shared spaces dirty, dirty dishes in the sink, had not even vacumed the lobby or the stairs - the host did not respond about property being ready to check into until 2 minutes before check in time"

"The hotel, service and installations were as expected. The parking lot was limited but we managed. The huge surprise, was the fact that the parking cost had a 25% added cost to what was published and/or disclosed on my reservation's fine print, This is totally unacceptable. I believe when the charge will be in the range of +25% which needless to say is a lot, this must be also disclosed before the reservation is completed and not upon arrival."
