A nice space, very cool foyer area (we didn't have time to eat breakfast but it did look good). The toilet/shower area was slightly cramped and there was no good window view with our room, so better for a 2 night stay. The hotel was in a great location a couple of minutes walk away from Dotonbori canal.

Excellent for a theme-park hotel and perfectly designed for families. Clean and spacious rooms with lovely views. Rooms, facilities and staff were all excellent. Downside: Stick to the standard buffet breakfast downstairs, as the "premium" buffet was really not worth it, in terms of variety and quality. We did not try the buffet dinner because of this impression from breakfast.

"We arrived about 45 minutes ahead of check in time after driving straight from Kansai Airport. The parking lot had about 10 cars in it and the lobby was deserted. I was surprised we were not permitted to check in early and had to wait for the official check in time. Understandable if hotel was busy ..."
