Great hotel

Great hotel with excellent service. The gentleman at reception was extremely good at his job and should be commended. Room was spotless and comfortable with all that you would need. Parking was easy and free.

This is a great place to stay if you don't want to stay in the city. The hotel was clean and inviting. We had a balcony in the room as well. The towels were amazing. It is an easy drive to the park and ride (10 minutes) where parking is free and so is all transportation. The bus takes you right into the city and is clean and easy. This hotel is also convenient to restaurants and cafes. The only issue we had was that the air conditioning took a while to cool off.

Hotel Alzinn

Stayed at Alzinn March '23. Very happy. The room was quiet, the bed comfy. Our room had a small balcony with chairs, however when we went it was too cold to sit out, in summer it would have been lovely. Breakfast was OK with a reasonable choice of things to eat. We booked breakfast at the same time as booking the room and it was only a small amount more, definitely worth it. Only slight disadvantage for some people would be that it is a little out of the way, checking on Google it is about 35mins bus/tram to city and 50 mins to the airport. For us no problem as we had a car. The hotel has a free car park for guests or at weekend you can park free on the street from Friday evening until Monday morning. Would stay again.

Das Personal war zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Unser Zimmer war leider nicht so gut ausgestattet und das Badezimmer war leider schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Gerade die fehl konstruierte Dusche, wo sich das Wasser beim Duschen im gesamten Bad überall durchgeht. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und zum größten Teil lecker und frech zubereitet.

cela fait plusieurs fois que l’on va dans cet hôtel. Tout est correct seul bémol, le pommeau de douche qui est fixe pas génial. le petit déjeuner en buffet est vraiment très copieux et bien garni. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Décevant et pas commerçant !

Nous avons réservé cet hotel en entreprise pour un déplacement pro. 170€ la chambre, la télévision ne fonctionne pas, aucune possibilité de changer de chambre et aucune solution apportée : réponse de la direction quant à une demande commerciale: "La télévision est un service gratuit que l’hôtel propose, il n’est donc pas soumis à un remboursement." Ceci n'est pas digne d'un hotel de ce standing... Nous réservons pour nos collaborateurs un grand nombre de nuitées par an et cette réponse est inacceptable pour nous. S'il manquait un lit vous auriez répondu que ceci est un service gratuit et que cela fait également parti du prix..? De surcroit, le ménage n'était clairement pas terrible et une forte odeur de javel/chlore ultra désagréable en chambre... Des places de parking en sous terrain trop petite si vous avez un SUV de taille conséquente...

Une seule nuit. Juste surprenant qu'un 4 étoiles ne soit pas capable de fournir une bouteille d'eau à ses clients comme cela se fait généralement dans ce type d'établissement. Très bon petit-dejeuner avec une équipe très soucieuse du bien être de ses clients.
