Nice value for monaey for a night

Very nice place just on the edge of a nature reserve. A stream just outside of the room and very nice surroundings.

Lovely location, excellent value for money

A very peaceful place to stay, in a valley village outside Herzberg. Room was very comfortable. The only gripe was that on "Hotels.com" it was described (in FAQ) as having an onsite restuarant, but it turned out that this was no longer the case. The optional breakfast was good though, served in the rooms, on a tray.

Rent og pænt indvendigt, ikke megen service at få, morgenmad etc selvom der på siden reklameres med både bar, restaurant etc er dette absolut fraværende (ligesom personale) synes måske at det er over-fo at kalde det et hotel, vel nærmere pensionat

Gebucht war ein Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind (11). Bereitgestellt wurde nur ein Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen. Kein Entgegenkommen vom Personal. Keine 3. Decke oder Kopfkissen. Das Kind hat zwischen den Eltern im Doppelbett geschlafen. Die Buchung lag korrekt vor. Personal vor Ort hat die Schuld auf Expedia geschoben.

Wir würden super freundlich empfangen auch das Zimmer hat eine tolle Größe der Gesamteindruck ist überholungsbedürftig aber es sieht aus als ob man versucht alles in Schuss zu setzten Dem Zimmer fehlt ein bischen die Liebe zum Detail es war aber alles sauber und die Betten waren übraschend bequem das nächste Mal würden wir uns über Verdunkelungsvorhänge freuen ;) das Frühstück war super wegen der renovierung des Restaurants dürften wir auf dem Zimmer frühstücken Preis Leistung ist top
